Cold & Flu Herbal Capsules - Turmeric, Nettle, Ginger

Thirty vegetarian HPMC capsules containing my Cold & Flu herbal blend of Turmeric, Nettle and Ginger. Traditionally used to help with cold and flu symptoms, as a warming tonic and to nourish the body during periods of ill health.
These capsules measure approximately 2cm in length and contain approximately 300mg of herbal blend. Recommended dose is 2 capsules per day with food.
