Gentle Sleep Herbal Capsules - Chamomile, Passionflower, Lavender

Thirty vegetarian HPMC capsules containing my Gentle Sleep herbal blend of Chamomile, Passionflower and Lavender. Traditionally used to help calm the mind so that you can drift gently into sleep.
These capsules measure approximately 2cm in length and contain approximately 300mg of herbal blend. Recommended dose is 1 to 2 capsules with food before bedtime.
