Insomnia Herbal Capsules - Valerian, Passionflower, Lavender

Thirty vegetarian HPMC capsules containing my Insomnia herbal blend of Valerian Root, Passionflower and Lavender. Traditionally used for sleep issues and insomnia.
These capsules measure approximately 2cm in length and contain approximately 300mg of herbal blend. Recommended dose is 1 to 2 capsules with food before bedtime.
