Lymphatic Massage Oil - Ginger, Geranium & Rosemary

A 50ml bottle of Ginger infused coconut oil with added Geranium and Rosemary Essential Oils. Traditionally used to stimulate circulation and to help with lymph movement, this oil can be used as part of a lymphatic drainage massage. The lymphatic system is a drainage network that carries destroyed bacteria and other waste products back to the blood stream via the lymph nodes where they are cleansed by the liver and kidneys. The lymphatic system is also important for immunity and white blood cell production and transportation. Sluggish circulation of lymph can lead to fluid retention and massaging these areas can help move the trapped fluid back to the lymph nodes where this crucial filtration and cleansing takes place. 
Massage the oil gently into affected swollen areas and lymph nodes avoiding the face.
